Hello, I am writing to commend the work done a young man who works on the front desk at Hotel Unique. I stayed in the hotel yesterday and the gentleman is easily the friendliest hotel attendant I have ever encountered. He solved a concern I had around payment, arranged a wake-up call prepared an early breakfast for my partner and I, as well as arranging our airport transfers. Everything went very smoothly and I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay in Romania. I sincerely hope that the management at Hotel Unique also pass on my thanks and commendations of his work in some way. ‘I had a chance to stay in Hotel Unique Bucharest during a business trip to the city in October 2009 and I would like to share my positive experience and full satisfaction with the excellent service and facility which the Hotel provides to its guests.

Starting from the communication and kind assistance provided to me by the Hotel Manager in the dates when I made multiple bookings for me and my colleagues. Everything was handled on time and very professional.

The front office personnel were most helpful and reacted on all my requests during the days of my stay regardless of the fact if my requests were personal or included in the room package.

The room was cozy and comfortable, which I appreciated most. I also appreciated the location of the venue, as it was in the same time on a very quiet and peaceful street and situated in the city centre.

Similar opinion was shared to me by my colleagues and business guests, who also stayed with me in the hotel at the same time. Based on the fact that we had no problems or issues at all, we were able to fully concentrate in our job and business engagements in Bucharest.
